About Clodagh


Hello and Welcome to Keto Made Easy! I am really glad you found me, my name is Clodagh, and my passion is helping people achieve healthy bodies and minds in order to help them live a happy and fulfilling life.

This website was set up for the pure intent of helping people with neurological disorders and in particular, those who are on the Autism Spectrum. However, it also has many other articles that cover a wide range of health-related topics. Some of which include:

  • How you can lose weight healthily, effectively and quickly.
  • How the ketogenic diet works.
  • How fasting and intermittent fasting works.
  • How exercise can improve mental efficiency and can combat mood issues.
  • Topics relating to depression and anxiety.


This website started as an idea to help people who have Autism however it has expanded to also include other eating ‘lifestyles’ like plant-based diets, food-combining diets among others.

As I also have a strong belief in the profound effects exercise has on the mind, I will of course be sharing some information I have researched on that topic also.

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is defined as “a developmental disorder of variable severity that is characterized by difficulties in social interaction and communication and by restricted or repetitive patterns of thought and behavior”.

Fortunately, Ketogenic food, that is food that is low in carbohydrates, moderate protein, and high in good fat has been proven to help relieve symptoms of those on the spectrum. Keto foods (high in fat) when broken down in the body become ‘ketones’ which is a form of energy the brain feeds on when no glucose (carbohydrates) is present.

There are many resources that prove how effective the Ketogenic Diet is for weight loss and diabetes, but I aim to tell you that it can also have a profound effect on anxiety, mood and behavioral disorders as well.

In this website I will also outline how fasting and intermittent fasting can produce similar benefits as Keto.


I have always had a passion for health and fitness and I have also always wanted to help people – so I thought why not combine the two!

My hope is that by offering advice on health- related topics I can help impart helpful information so people can be more informed on how food (in particular) can help improve mood and overall wellbeing.

As Hippocrates believed: “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”


The goal of this site is to help people ,on the spectrum or otherwise, improve their well being by using good food and exercise instead of medication.
